Authorized use
Giorno Perfetto is intended for authorized hospitality teams. Accounts must be used only by the assigned hotel, hotel administrators, and reception staff.
AI-generated itineraries
Itineraries are generated with AI and may include estimated or suggested information. Hotel staff should verify opening hours, prices, availability, booking requirements, routes, accessibility, and safety details before sharing recommendations with guests.
Credits
Unless otherwise agreed, one successful itinerary generation consumes one credit. Failed generations should not consume credits. Credit balances and usage may be visible to authorized administrators.
Account security
Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and reporting unauthorized access. Administrators can manage hotel users according to their assigned permissions.
Service availability
Giorno Perfetto depends on external infrastructure and AI providers. Availability, generation quality, and response times may vary.
